saturday was the first 'anniversary' of doh and pow. went for yam cha at northbridge! (:

after brunch, we walked to buy apple strudel.

my sunday was fun. watch service online because yuk wasn't feeling well in the morning to bring my to church. headed to the city to take pictures in the afternoon because there's some arts festival going on. "revolt of the mannequins". pretty cool stuff.. originates from some french street theatre company. didn't get to take pictures on the first day but got a few for day 2. the mannequins change daily to tell a story. there's 9 displays around the city.. here's a few of my favourites.

we met a french lady at our last window, who interpreted for us what was in the display. very pretty girl!

my picture aren't that fantastic because of the reflection off the glass. but if you're interested, click here to read more about it. really love the whole concept behind it.. and spending the afternoon walking around city, taking pictures. it's quite fun 'exploring' the city this way. you definitely don't have this in singapore (:  by the way, class begins tomorrow. (that'll be a slight problem with regards to my follow-up on the mannequins.. crap!)
