cellgroup chalet.. :)

cellgroup chalet was at pasir ris this time round.. instead of the usual chevrons. it's a 4 day-3 night thingy.. and i was really looking forward to it.

on tuesday morning.. i went to church office to meet jo first so i can do my laying foundation test. after that.. then i went over to pasir ris to meet xiuzhen. we can only book in at 4pm.. so me and eugene went to xiuzhen's house to kill time. at about 3.30.. wendell came to meet us and we took a cab down. we didn't really spend the first day in the chalet because we had churchwide biblestudy in the night.. all of us only reached the chalet at 12.30am(that would already be wednesday).. haha. though the chalet wasn't exactly up to stardard(as compared to the one at chevron).. it gave a rather homely feeling. i mean.. it's a 3-room flat what?! haha.. we all cooked maggie mee to eat after we reached the chalet.. while watching . my goodness.. it was super funny! wendell brought the incredibles, white chicks and shrek 2.. i was trying so hard not to watch the incredibles.. because i wanted to watch it in the cinema! haha.. but it was a total failure in the end. anyway.. stayed up until 3+ on the first night.. there was me, sujia, xiuzhen, jinhong, eugene, wendell, benjamin, daryl and veron. jinhong made sure we all went to sleep that night.

on the second morning.. we all went mac for breakfast. we took alot of stuff from mac for our bbq.. haha! it was hilarious! we took turns to go to the counter to get stuff like syrup, chilli and tomato sauce. and we also took alot of sugar, salt and pepper.. haha. then we went marketing for a while.. bought some of the stuff we might need to survey in the chalet if we are hungry. slacked at 'home' the most of wendesday.. watched more vcds.. haha! then at night, we marinated the chicken wings while watching .. i voted for taufik.. twice some more!! haha... and he won... yayy!! wednesday night was more chaotic because more people stayed over.. but thank God.. regina had another flat just above us.. so we all had enough space. me, annabel and jasmine stayed up to watch at night.. ended at about 5am? haha.. later i went to sleep for a while.. was suppose to go watch sun rise with prisca they all but they didn't wake me up!! hmm.. nevermind. but in the end i went cycling with jasmine in the morning.. it was fun! there was hardly anyone around.

at about 9+(this is now the third morning..) me and xiuzhen cycled to a coffeeshop near her house to buy breakfast for the rest. we went shopping for the stringray too! haha... after we came back.. we were busy preparing the food. bingren, benjamin and one of their friends came over for a while.. they were having a bbq too apparently. there was alot of new friends that came for the bbq.. halfway through.. we decided to play basketball.. haha! it was ok lah.. i mean, basketball isn't really my cup of tea. haha.. watched the incredibles after the bbq ended.. was eating the left over chicken wings.. but i didn't manage to watch finish the whole show.. was really too tired. haha.. so i guess i'll still have to watch it in the cinema.

woke up rather late the next morning.. about 8.30am. we are suppose to book out by 9am.. but in the end, we left the place at only 10.30am?? haha.. went to mac again for branch.. then we decided we will go play pool!! haha.. waited at mac for xiuzhen to go home and put her stuff down.. then we went down to peace centre. after that.. we went home.. finally! haha.. was really tired already by then.. didn't sleep for more than 10 hours in the past 3 nights. but i still had to go to gabriel's house first to return their 'risk'.. so by the time i reached home.. it was about 5pm. haha.. think it sounds kind of boring when i type all this out.. but actually it's much much much more fun.. haha! really enjoyed myself.. pity jo wasn't here though.. really wished she had came! hmm... anyhow, felt this chalet was good.. because through this chalet.. i got to know annabel more. she's not that scary anymore.. haha. not that she's fierce or what.. but usually i don't talk to her much.. don't know why also. but this chalet really helped to break the ice between us.. or at least this is how i feel. hee!
